This portal is operated by Maine Provisions Inc., d/b/a Mainely Provisions, of Kingfield, Maine. It is a wholesale ordering portal for licensed business accounts.
What we collect
We collect business contact information (name, email, phone), your order history, and your invoice history. We use your purchase history to power features like Favorites and reorder suggestions. You sign in with a link sent to your email, and we use session cookies to keep you signed in.
Services we use
We use Supabase for our database and sign-in hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process data only to run this portal.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party advertising on this portal.
Email preferences
Order reminders can be turned off for your account. Reply to any reminder or email office@mainelyprovisions.com and we will turn them off.
How long we keep records
We keep business records, including orders and invoices, as long as required for tax and business purposes.
