Who we are
This ordering portal is operated by Maine Provisions Inc., d/b/a Mainely Provisions, of Kingfield, Maine. It is a wholesale ordering portal for licensed accounts only. To purchase for resale, you must hold a valid Maine license.
1. Pricing
Maine Spirits sets spirits prices monthly. Orders are billed at the price in effect in the month your order is delivered, not the month you place it. If you order at the end of a month and we deliver in the next month, the next month's price applies.
2. Payment
Payment is due on delivery (COD) unless other terms are agreed with us in writing.
3. Availability and substitutions
Items may be out of stock. When that happens we may offer a substitution, and you can approve or decline it.
4. Order cutoffs
Orders placed after the weekly cutoff may move to the next delivery.
5. Invoices
Invoices are delivered with your order. If you have a billing question, email office@mainelyprovisions.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for orders placed by people you authorize on your account.
7. No consumer sales
This portal is for wholesale purchases by licensed businesses. We do not sell to consumers through this portal.
8. Errors
We may correct obvious pricing or data errors. If a correction affects an order you placed, we will tell you before it is delivered.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
